What to
know.

The Exploration Package gives you access to six of our seven treatments. At 152 EUR, it is the most efficient way to understand what your body responds to before committing to a protocol. New members who join Horizon Circle receive it at 111 EUR for their first month. Full individual value is 305 EUR.
Yes. Day passes are available for individual treatments. Sauna and Cold Plunge starts at 40 EUR. One-day curated combinations are also available, from 104 EUR, giving access to multiple treatments in a single visit with no ongoing commitment.
A treatment is a single session of one modality. A protocol is a structured sequence of treatments, repeated across a membership month, designed to produce a specific measurable outcome. Protocols are structured around a clinical logic. Not just access, but direction.
Horizon Circle is capped by design. We do not scale the membership to a point where it changes the quality of the space or the quality of the community. Current intake is limited. When the cap is reached, we maintain a waiting list.
All seven treatments at Healthy Horizon are non-invasive and evidence-based. Mild Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy and IHHT have the most specific contraindication profiles. We recommend contacting the team before booking these if you have a cardiovascular condition, are pregnant, or have a recent surgical history.
All bookings are made through the online reservation system at healthyhorizon.com. Individual sessions, day passes, and protocol sessions are all bookable online. The team is also available on WhatsApp for questions before you book.
A team member will walk you through the space on arrival. There is no script to follow. Most new visitors begin with sauna and cold plunge. If you have booked an Exploration Package, we will help you sequence your six sessions across the month to get the most from each modality.
Float therapy and vibroacoustic therapy are the two most targeted treatments for stress and sleep disruption. Float achieves complete sensory reduction, which clears cortisol and resets the nervous system in a way no other modality replicates. Vibroacoustic therapy uses low-frequency sound waves to downregulate the sympathetic nervous system directly. For sustained results, the Neural Regulation Protocol combines both across a structured monthly programme.
Two to three sessions per week is the evidence-supported frequency for meaningful cardiovascular and metabolic adaptation. Horizon Circle members have unlimited access, which makes this frequency easy to maintain. Day passes are available for those not yet on a membership.
Horizon Circle is for people who treat longevity as a regular practice. At 111 EUR per month, it includes unlimited sauna and cold plunge, a 20% discount on all treatments, and access to the Horizon Circle community. Membership is capped at 200 to preserve the quality of the space.
Yes. The one-day packages are designed for this. Deep Relaxation (104 EUR) combines sauna, cold plunge, vibroacoustic, and float. Energy Boost (132 EUR) combines sauna, cold plunge, red light, hydrogen, and IHHT. System Reset (152 EUR) combines sauna, cold plunge, hydrogen, and hyperbaric oxygen. The Exploration Package (152 EUR) gives access to all six core treatments across a month.
