How it arrived

The idea came first.
The chamber followed.

Two weeks later, the phone rang.

It started with a conversation. One of our members and I were talking about what it would take to bring cryotherapy to Healthy Horizon permanently. The idea felt right. It was something we wanted for this community.

A whole-body cryotherapy chamber, originally destined for the Portuguese football federation longevity club, needed a temporary home on short notice. A Netflix production was waiting to film it. The chamber landed with us, and the shoot was made within 48 hours.

The reaction of our members convinced us that it belonged here for good.

This is the only whole-body cryotherapy chamber in Lisbon. We are committed to securing the €85,000 to keep it in the space, and we are looking for 85 people to pioneer it with us. The pass is open to members and non-members alike until 11 July, or when all passes are claimed.
