Why we exist
The science is not new. The treatments that slow biological ageing, protect mitochondrial function, regulate the nervous system, and build physical resilience have existed for decades. What did not exist was a space that brought them together, made them accessible, and built a community around them.
Healthy Horizon is that space. Not a gym. Not a spa. Not a clinic. A place for people who have decided to take their biology seriously.
Longevity practiced alone is harder. The people you share the space with matter. Horizon Circle is 200 members who have made the same decision.
